Background

TalentPersona was initially developed as a tool to help companies better understand the potential of their employees. This tool measures various aspects of personality, such as learning styles, work preferences, problem-solving abilities, and more. The results of this analysis can then be used for:

  • Employee Placement: Assisting in positioning employees in roles that align with their skills and interests.
  • Career Development: Identifying areas for improvement and creating more effective career development plans.
  • Team Building: Forming strong teams by combining individuals with complementary personalities and skills.

Identify Issues

  • Outdated Interface: The current appearance of TalentPersona is considered unappealing and difficult to use, which decreases employees’ interest in using the tool.
  • Design Consistency: The appearance of TalentPersona does not fully align with the company’s design system, creating an impression of disintegration.
  • Result Accuracy: Despite being in use for some time, there are still concerns about the accuracy of the analysis results produced by the tool.

Solution

  • Redesign Interface: We will create a more modern, intuitive, and visually appealing interface through a redesign.
  • Align with Design System: By applying the company’s design system, we will ensure that TalentPersona has a consistent and harmonious appearance with other internal applications.
